Slowly smoked in our 500 gallon off set wood smokers. Smoked 4-5 hours with Cherry, Hickory and Oak Wood all locally sourced from Loudoun County.
All orders served with a side of One Family BBQ Sauce. We slowly cook our BBQ sauce is ketchup based with brown sugar, mustard, kosher salt, pepper, cumin, chile powder, cider vinegar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and dash of cayenne pepper.
Once the BBQ sauce combines its flavors, we finish the sauce in the smoker for an hour!
All orders must be in by July 1st. Please print your receipt and bring to the event to collect your food.
